Registration

 

To register, read and follow these instructions carefully.

 

I. PRE-REGISTRATION

 

In order to have a preliminary number of participants in advance, please send a message to Maritza Macín, e-mail contacto.rectoria@comunidadteologica.org.mx, with the subject "Pre-registration for the meeting of science and faith", including your complete name, your affiliation (university, college, seminary, ecclesiastical institution, etc.), your country of residence, and indicating if you will need accommodation.

 

II. REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

 

Here we have three options:

 

Option 1. If you do not require accommodation, the registration fee is 30 USD$ (450 MXN$) for students and 40 USD$ (600 MXN$) for non-students. This option includes all meals and coffe-breaks from the dinner on Tuesday, September 29th, to the breakfast on Saturday, October 3rd.

 

Option 2. If you require accommodation, the registration fee depends on the date you make the payment.

 

Early registration - Until June 30th [closed]

70 USD$ (1050 MXN$*) for students, and 80 USD$ (1200 MXN$*) for non-students.

Normal registration - From July 1st to August 31th [closed]

80 USD$ (1200 MXN$*) for students, and 100 USD$ (1500 MXN$*) for non-students.

Late registration - From September 1st to September 21th [closed]

90 USD$ (1350 MXN$*) for students, and 120 USD$ (1800 MXN$*) for non-students.

 

This option cover accommodation, meals and coffe-breaks from Tuesday, September 29th, to Saturday, October 3rd. Students must prove their condition by scanning a valid credential.

 

Option 3. This option was designed for foreign participants who would like extend their stay an extra day, in order to make a tour to some touristic attractions in Mexico City. Here costs are the ones detailed in the above option, plus 25 USD$ (375 MXN$*). This will cover accommodation until the morning on Sunday, October 4th (this last day, without meals).

 

* REMARK: Costs in Mexican pesos only apply for residents in Mexico.
